  • How are the Adverts organised?

    The Adverts are organised by Categories and within each category there are Sub-categories to ensure the adverts are thereby completely organised.

  • Can I contact the Advertiser?

    Yes, if the advert includes a telephone number you can do so, if the number does not appear then you can always use the contact form. Within each advert there is the option to make contact via email, completing the form located beneath the advert.

  • Do Published Adverts expire?

    Yes, the adverts expire, the deadline will be indicated within the general conditions, but if you are registered you will be able to renew them and raise them up to the top position via the Renew advertrenew icon on your control panel when this icon is available.

    If you are not registered, you can renew your advert once it has expired and bring it up to the top position.

  • Do I have to register in order to place Adverts?

    No, it is not necessary to register in order to place adverts, both options are available.

    To begin with, you may find it inconvenient to register but in so doing you will find all the adverts perfectly organised with the ability to access your list of adverts at any time to change, delete or add new adverts or photographs.

    Therefore, you need only confirm your e-mail address once and not every time you publish an advert.

    If you publish adverts without registering you will have to confirm your e-mail address every time you publish an advert and you will need this email address to manage the advert.

  • Can I change my registration details?

    Yes, you can do so by accessing "My Adverts" from where you will be able to access your details.

  • Can I change or delete my adverts?

    Registered Users:

    • You can change your adverts by accessing "My Adverts" with your username and password; by clicking on the advert you wish to change you will access a page from where you will be able to change your advert and include photographs.
    • You can delete your advert by clicking on the Delete Advert icon in each advert.

    Non-Registered Users:

    - If you are not registered you will be able to change or delete your advert via your administrative email by accessing the management page of your advert, if you have not retained the administrative email for your advert, you can restore it Here by entering your email and your adverts id.

  • How much does it cost to publish an advert?

    The publication of adverts is completely free of charge

  • My advert does not appear. What has happened?

    Registered Users:

    • If you are registered and you have published an advert that has not subsequently appeared, unless there is an error in the system, it will be due to non-compliance with the guidelines and will have been deleted, check your adverts through the control panel by accessing My Adverts"

    Non-Registered Users:

    • If you have published an advert without being registered, in order for it to appear you must activate your advert with your administrative email; if you have already activated it but it still does not appear, unless there is an error in the system, it will be due to non-compliance with the guidelines and will have been deleted.

  • I have lost the registration email for my advert.

    If you cannot find the registration email for your advert you can recover it Here by entering your email address and the id of your advert.

  • I am registered but have forgotten my username and password.

    If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, you can restore a password by clicking Here.

  • I am registered and I would like to be sent a new registration activation email .

    SIf you cannot locate your registration activation email check in your spam or unwanted mail folder, if you still can't find it and would like to be sent a new one, click Here.

    Remember to check your spam or unwanted mail folder if you cannot find this email in your in-tray.

    If you cannot find your administrative email in order to manage your advert, you can restore it Here by entering your email address and the advert id.

  • I am not receiving mail from TotalAdvert

    If you are not receiving mail from TotalAdvert in your in-tray, check your spam or unwanted mail folder.

    If you have an anti-spam filter configure it to unblock the totaladvert.com domain in its white list to ensure you do not experience problems with the reception of mail.
